I’m Pedro Ferrer – a freelance translator, working from English and French into Spanish since
2014. My dual training in science and languages means that I can offer you a wide range of
language services, all of which you can find here.
How did I get here?
Well, first I gave my scientific streak free rein and obtained a degree in Organic Chemistry, followed by a postgraduate one in Environmental Engineering. At the same time, I kept up my
language training (at the French Institute, the Official School of Languages and at university).
I later had the opportunity to work on several pharmaceutical and chemical research projects for various laboratories until I changed tack into the world of commerce, where I was in charge of several European markets at three Spanish companies.
This professional experience helped me master the language of marketing and communications in technical and corporate contexts, knowledge which I now use to your benefit.
